Disney Water Parks and Sports Option
The Disney Water Park and Sports option, when added to a Walt Disney World ticket, provides access to both water parks (Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach), miniature golf, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, in addition to the theme parks.
What it includes:
- Water Parks: Choose either Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach (only one is typically open at a time).
- ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex: Explore world-class venues for various sports and events.
- Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course: Enjoy a 9-hole walking course.
- FootGolf at Oak Trail: Play this unique sport combining soccer and golf.
- Miniature Golf: Play one round (before 4:00 PM) at Fantasia Gardens or Winter Summerland.
How it works:
- The Water Park and Sports option is an add-on to a base Disney World theme park ticket.
- For each day of your theme park ticket, you receive one "plus visit" to either a water park or one of the listed sports experiences.
- You can choose to use these "plus visits" on the same day as your theme park visit, or on different days.
- For example, a 2-day ticket with the Water Park and Sports option would give you 2 theme park days and 2 additional visits to the water parks or other sports experiences.
- The option does not allow park hopping; you can only visit one theme park per day.
What's needed to Book
- Payment of $200 deposit per room
- Final Payment Due May 19, 2026
- Full name of each person in the room. Age of child if applicable.
- Acceptance or refusal of Travel Protection. Travel Protection must be paid in full if accepted.
Travel Protection
This plan covers you and your family for certain unexpected circumstances. The Travel Protection Plan is optional and available for purchase up until final trip payment. The Plan contains the following:
Travel Insurance Benefits (underwritten by Arch Insurance Company)
- Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption – reimburses up to total trip cost of the prepaid, unused, and non-refundable travel arrangements due to illness, injury and non-medical reasons such as job loss, military service and more
- Trip Delay – reimburses related expenses, up to $600 ($200 per day)
- Baggage and Personal Effects – reimburses up to $2,000 ($500 item limit) for lost, stolen or damaged luggage and personal effects
- Bag Delay - reimburses up to $500 for the purchase of necessary personal items if your bags are delayed 12 or more hours
- Emergency Medical Expense – provides up to $25,000 of coverage if you get ill or injured on your trip
- Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation – arranges and prepays up to $100,000 for emergency medical transportation and provides a Travel Accident benefit up to $25,000 in the event of accidental death or dismemberment
- Rental Car Damage – reimburses repair costs up to $25,000 in the event of collision, theft, damage or vandalism to rented vehicles
